2. Refund & Return Policy
Returns & Refunds Eligibility:
– Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
– Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
– Used or opened products (e.g., car polish, lubricants)
– Custom orders or services (e.g., poshish or floor mat installations)
Refund Processing:
– Once returned items are inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Time: 2–5 working days for major cities; up to 7 days for remote areas.
Shipping Charges: Flat Shipping Rate RS 300/- per delivery.
Courier Partners: TCS, Leopard, Call Courier, etc.
Order Tracking: Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
